Select a plot, then build. Buildings operate beside roads connected to town hall; roads over the river become bridges. Production, food and finances settle every 10 seconds. 65% of residents can work. Growth needs housing, food and happiness of at least 60.
Sawmills reduce nearby residential happiness. Parks, schools and clinics serve nearby homes. Upgrades also raise workers, power and upkeep. High taxes slow growth. The final goal needs 120 residents, happiness 80, service coverage 75%, sufficient power and a balanced budget for 12 consecutive settlements.
